Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. Position Summary:

The Test Software Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining test programs to perform a variety of RF component testing in the engineering development and production environment. The test program will interface with various test equipment from DC power supplies to Network Analyzers, Digital Multimeter equipment, and automated robotics test equipment. The Test Software engineer will need to be skilled in developing software code in Delphi, object-oriented coding, and debugging.

Salary Range:

$115,000 - $173,000 per year

Job Function:Design and develop lifecycle software programs (end-to-end) for relevant departments.Proficient use of database and reporting programming in Delphi/C++.Researching, designing, coding and debugging applications in JAVA and/or similar programming language(s).Developing web applications programs.Consulting internal customers concerning the maintenance and performance of software systems, soliciting feedback to obtain information, clarify details, and implement changes or improvements where necessary.Maintaining legacy programs written in Delphi or similar programming languages.Providing user training after implementation.Assisting in program related network troubleshooting.Providing test room support for computer-related problems.Providing support with installing software programs, i.e. in-house or outside purchased software relevant to assigned stakeholders.Supporting, maintaining and documenting software functionality and writing user manuals.Source code Fagan inspection of fellow peer's code.Working with a cross functional team such as Test Development hardware engineers, Operations technicians and manufacturing New Product Introduction (NPI) team members to support software needs as applicable.The duties, responsibilities and expectations described above are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the member, within the scope of the position.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study, with documented experience.5+ years of experience developing software programs in a test development environment.Proficient in computer programming language coding such as Delphi and C++.Experience in other programming languages such as C# or Java, VB, SQL, JSP will be a plus.Documented experience with AS/400 highly preferred.Knowledge and understanding of electrical engineering will be a plus.We are seeking a dynamic candidate with an ability to solve multiple problems while working on various projects.Additional Requirements/Skills:
