We recently attended the ServiceNow Knowledge Conference and are eager to integrate the latest GenAI features into our platform.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance ITSM modules within ServiceNow.Support and improve Ham Pro, Sam Pro, and ITSM functionalities.Implement new ServiceNow GenAI capabilities.Collaborate with the team to manage the Service Hub efficiently.Qualifications:
Experience in ServiceNow development, focusing on ITSM.Familiarity with Ham Pro, Sam Pro, and GenAI features.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred:
ServiceNow certification and Agile experience.
