Position Summary:

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, selling, and maintaining relationships with dispensaries in Missouri and managing Standard Wellness product distribution to licensed dispensaries. The position will also require visiting locations where Standard Wellness products are sold and training dispensary staff on products and their use. The position has requirements to be present in customer locations. In addition to performing education days at dispensary partners, the Territory Sales Manager will also be responsible for helping to determine the best product mix for dispensary needs and will be the main point of contact for dispensaries.

Essential Job Functions:Develop and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective customers by providing information on product use and benefits, recommending products based on customer needs, and offering ongoing supportTrain dispensary staff on Standard Wellness products to ensure proper consumption and dosingWork with dispensaries to improve product exposure and shelf positioningDistribute promotional literature to customers and run educational eventsMaintain records of sales or other business transactions; prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reportsAccurately communicate with Inventory Control to ensure correct products are ordered and distributed to dispensaries; verify and manage ordersComply with all State marketing regulationsMaintain professional knowledge of all Standard Wellness productsOther duties as assigned by your supervisorQualifications:

Required:

Must be at least 21 years of ageMust have a valid drivers' license and clean driving recordMust be able to pass all background check and licensing requirements as set forth by the stateBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. Commensurate experience will be consideredMinimum 2 (two) years' experience in an outside sales roleCannabis industry wholesale sales experience, helpfulMust be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodationMust be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English languageKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
