ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Material Handler is primarily responsible for the assembling, final quality control, labeling, boxing, and shipping of orders. This is a fast-paced, micro-manufacturing environment, as multiple orders are received and processed daily. The Material Handler will be expected to work quickly and efficiently with an eye for detail. All job functions will relate to the production of consumer orders.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Minimum 1 year proven experience in stocking, parts inventory, pull and pack, or shippingExperience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate or similar position a plusActive position which requires standing, walking, moving, bending, twisting, reaching and lifting up to 20 lbs.Ability to work well with handsProficiency using computers, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365Customer service focused and professional attitudeAbility to solve problems, prioritize, and take directionAbility to work well in a team environmentWork under limited supervisionFlexible and be open to changeGoal oriented and able to organize time and workloadExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh level attention to detailESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Bin Prep, Assemble, Final Quality Control, Label, and Package orders according to workflow assignment, customer specifications, and established company guidelinesTeam daily target goals and individual performance times must be met or exceededPerform detailed quality control checks on orders and shipmentsStage materials at Assembly workstationsComplete Display, Kit, and Pull & Pack ordersInspect inventory to meet product specifications and company standardsDaily point of contact for FedEx shipments, issues, or delaysOrder shipping suppliesEnsure customer orders are shipped by expected ship datesCompliance with standard operating procedures to perform the functions of the jobPerform shipping area daily shutdown proceduresGain full knowledge of functions of the automated Fulfillment system to perform daily tasksCross-functional Production work may be assigned as neededAdvise Production Lead/Supervisor/Manager of equipment issues, work status, workload, problems, and progress as related to ordersRepresent department and the organization favorably and in accordance with Company standards and associate attributes at all timesOther duties as assigned by managementSkills & RequirementsTRAVEL:Nothing outside of daily commuteBENEFITS:
