As a warehouse worker, you be the first person customers see when they come in the door. During your day you will engage with positive customer service, keep the warehouse organized, operate a forklift, and learn the various grades of materials.
What you will do in a day:
Assist customers with unloading materialsInspect and correctly identifies metals on inspection tickets for proper payment.Operates forklifts to transfer non-ferrous metals within the facility.Operates scales and material tracking systems while weighting materials.Organizes metals for efficient transportation and inventory.Loads and unloads materials for transportation.Performs general facility cleanup.
You may be a good fit if you have:
Ability to work independently.Ability to operate equipment safely.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Ability to lift and handle 50 pounds.Customer service skills.
