Farm Manager
to join their team.

Assistant
Farm Manager Responsibilities:Directly supervise and coordinate the operations necessary for crop production, including but not limited to maintenance, planting, cultivating, harvest, etc.Consistently communicate about farm activities, challenges, and management decisionsSupport innovation of farm practices including precision agricultureEnsure proper safety procedures for personnel and equipment are being followed at all timesBe ready and willing to operate any and all equipment necessary for farming operationsAssistant

Qualifications:
Experience in the agriculture industry - knowledge of crop productionValid driver’s licenseGood leadership, decision-making, and communication skillsSelf-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team
