Superintendent Project Manager for Railroad Heavy Civil Construction

My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent Project Manager for Railroad Heavy Civil Construction to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in managing complex railroad heavy civil construction projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of railroad heavy civil construction projects in accordance with project specifications, budget, and schedule requirements- Manage project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, to ensure successful project completion- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring that all project activities are completed on time and within budget- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact project delivery- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations and standards- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documentsRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field- 10+ years of experience in managing railroad heavy civil construction projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery- Strong technical knowledge of railroad heavy civil construction, including grading, drainage, utilities, and rail installation- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams to achieve project goals- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
