Litigation Defense AttorneyLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled and dedicated Litigation Defense Attorney to join our clients dynamic team in their Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background and be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. This role requires a professional who can handle all aspects of litigation, work collaboratively within a team, and independently manage their caseload. Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of litigation from inception through trial.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies.Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and legal advice.Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation defense.Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High level of professionalism and ethical standards.Compensation:
Salary range is $100,000 - $125,000 based on experience.This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients.
