Job summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Network Engineer with 12 to 14 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in
Switching and Routing Cisco, Load Balancer BIG IP / F5, and Cisco VPN .
This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional who can work effectively during day shifts and does not require travel.
The successful candidate will contribute significantly to our company's mission by leveraging their expertise
Required Skills:
Cisco VPN, Switching & Routing Cisco, Load Balancer BIG IP / F5
Responsibilities:• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls• Troubleshooting problems with existing networks to determine the cause of malfunctions or breakdowns and recommending solutions• Designing and creating new computer networks according to company specifications• Analyzing network performance to identify areas for improvement• Installing new network hardware and software, including Client, routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other equipment• Performing risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions to improve security• Installing new or replace existing network equipment and updating software packages• Day to Day operational support to 200 plus sites for Intranet, internet, Wi-Fi etc.• Coordinating with other Clients, such as IT, to ensure that new system implementations meet the needs of other Clients within the organization• Monitor network to ensure security, availability, and performance• Assist other IT teams with network project level work• Maintain and support enterprise SSIDs and wireless controllers.• Maintain and support VPN Citrix VPN Gateway for 1000 PHNY/RIV employees• Manage high/moderate complexity projects• Troubleshoot network and application performance• Participate in network on-call rotation• Document issues, resolutions, and changes in appropriate systems• Assist with other necessary network tasks
