An

Administrative Assistant

is being sought to provide support for multiple centers within the College of the Liberal Arts, under the guidance and direction of the office of the Senior Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Assist with tracking and processing expenditures and reimbursementsAssist with budget trackingEvent planning (e.g., for workshops, speakers, visiting scholars): creating flyers and announcementsAssist with travel reimbursements for faculty and guestsCreate and maintain files and reportsArrange meetings and agendas; compile and organize meeting materialsThe

Administrative Assistant

will also support the multiple Directors and/or Co-Directors within Liberal Arts whom they are assigned to. This includes managing calendars, drafting correspondence, and other administrative duties.

This is a limited-term appointment, funded for one year from date of hire, with possibility for renewal.

level requires a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED or Vocational Training/Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional education and/or experience are required for higher-level positions.

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is:

$34,800.00 - $55,500.00
