Property ManagerLocation : 360 Market Square - Indianapolis, IN
Primary Responsibilities
Leads and executes sales & marketing activities that achieve occupancy goals and delivers a high level of customer serviceManages the property budget and monitors all property expensesBuild and maintain positive resident relationsConducts property inspections and identifies maintenance needsHires, trains, and supervises onsite property team membersCreates and delivers timely reportingLeads by example to inspire and motivate team membersQualifications & Experience
A high school diploma is required.Multifamily leadership experience is required.Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred.Property Management software knowledge (Onesite) is preferred.Benefits Package
