Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Scientist/Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, be proficient in data manipulation and visualization, and demonstrate the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies. You will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to assist decision-making processes and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources for analysis.Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to discover trends, patterns, and relationships in the data.Develop, maintain, and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analysis.Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to identify business challenges and opportunities where data can drive solutions.Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation and testing methods.Perform ad-hoc analysis based on business requirements and present actionable insights.Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in data science and analytics.Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in a data analyst or data science role.Hands-on experience with data analysis techniques, including statistical analysis and machine learning.Proficiency in manipulating large datasets, working with databases, and ensuring data quality.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in business intelligence (BI) tools and data warehousing systems is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Airflow).Understanding of A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and experiment design.Familiarity with big data technologiesStrong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.Personal Attributes:
