Performance Team handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing and dispatching cargo, so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process. Qualifications
Summary:
As the Technical Trainer you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering comprehensive training programs to new and existing warehouse associates on all aspects of warehouse operations, including safety procedures, equipment usage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control, ensuring employees are proficient in their roles and meet company standards through hands-on training and assessments.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver training sessions and "train the trainer" sessions for onsite frontline managers and company employees as requested.Ensure excellent communication, teamwork, and alignment with key stakeholders, developing routines and acting as a trusted partner.Develop training routines that allow new and existing employees in our region to learn about the Maersk Warehouse Management System and Contract Logistics Operations.Become proficient in the Maersk Warehouse Management System and leverage Digital Adoption Platform (WhatFix) for training on the application.Stay current with the onsite procedures to ensure training aligns with the best practices defined and followed by the site.Manage the physical inventory to ensure a smooth flow of inbound and outbound goods and readiness for continuous batches of training sessions.Language Skills:
Must be proficient in Spanish: Able to deliver training sessions for Spanish speakers.French Creole speaking is a plus.Education/Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of training experience in Operations/Warehouse environment.Proven experience in warehouse operations, including knowledge of industry best practices and safety regulations.Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create engaging and effective training materials.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train diverse groups of employees.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge and experience with adult learning models and training techniques suitable for various learning styles.Company Benefits:

$65,000-$75,000*
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
