is looking for a Financial Planning Analyst
who will evaluate current and previous financial data to prepare the budgets/forecasts, maintain KPI's and provide budget to actual analysis for the Theatre Support Office and all theatre locations. This individual will work with all levels of the organization to report, provide insight, analysis and recommendations from the financial data. This will involve building new financial models and leveraging existing models to help support the business.

Creates, maintains, provides insight, analysis, and recommendations from the financial data for Theatre and the Theatre Support Office Departments.Buildings new financial models and leverages existing models to help support the business.Prepares and analyzes theatre operations metrics and other corporate departments.Prepares weekly, monthly & quarterly reports and analysis.Analyzes financial/ operational performance and effectively communicates findings.Researches and resolves various inquiries from other areas within the organization.Assists with the development of analytical tools.Partners with various corporate support departments to provide recommendations for cost savings and process improvements to enhance business performance.Performs special projects as assignedAssists in reporting that identifies risks/opportunities and disseminates results and accountability to all levels of the organization.Assists in management reporting and presentations.Requires typing on a computer, reaching, stretching, twisting, bending, sitting, standing, walking, carrying light items, interacting with others, speaking on the telephone, problem solving, cognitive skills and directing a group of employees.What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance and 4-6 years progressive financial planning and analysis experience or related work experience.Masters and/or CPA preferred.Retail Experience is a plus.Experience developing and working with financial models, budgeting tools, multi-locations/stores, merchandising, and distribution.Strong analytical and internal control skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and quantitative skills.Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Internet browsing.Advanced Excel skills include pivot tables, charts and dashboards. Vena, PowerBI and NetSuite experience is a plus.Organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to exercise judgment and discretion in maintaining confidential and sensitive information.Strong guest service and relationship management skills as well as the ability to engage and collaborate with other business partners at all levels of the organization.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Able to read/write EnglishAble to work independently as well as with a team.Able to focus and prioritize with frequent interruptions and minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.Highly adept at solving complex analytics questions and providing answers and recommendations in an understandable format.Understands basic accounting & financial terms.Sets high standards for self while maintaining company standards, policies, and procedures to ensure delivery of the ultimate moviegoing experience at all times.Maintains a professional working environment while setting a positive and professional example for the team to follow.
