Forklift Operator (Sit-Down/Clamp)

Candidate Source has an opening for experienced Forklift Operators (Sit-Down) in Chester, VA. This position is with a growing manufacturer/distributor offering 40 hours per week and weekly pay.

Shift:

1st shift: 7:30am-4:00pm

Duties/Responsibilities:

Loading/Unloading product using sit-down forklifts and clamp trucksTransporting materials to different locations within the facility.Secure loads to the machine before transportation.Managing inventory utilizing an RF Scanner.Pick product and wrap/secure for shipment.Performs other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:

Must be able to read shipping/receiving documents (BOLS, Pick Tickets, Packing Lists)Experience loading/unloading trucks using a sit-down forkliftAbility to work as part of cross-functional teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong computer skills.Previous experience working in a distribution/warehouse environment
