Responsibilities
Track and analyze savings achieved and costs avoided related to production and general purchasing.Calculate and report savings and costs avoidance.Develop and monitor an annual operational budget and a five-year medium-term plan (PMT).Explain variances between the budget and actual results.Prepare financial forecasts and explain variances against established forecasts.:Collaborate with buyers to conduct relevant cost analyses.Provide insights and recommendations to improve the financial performance of purchases.Produce and analyze KPI reports for purchasing.
Calculate and explain financial variances.Ensure accuracy of all financial statements.Establish budgets, 3 year plan, forecasts and actuals, analyze variances, report results within deadlines.Communicate KPIs and support decision making processes.Collect and analyze results, provide monthly management's comments.Maintain and perform specific financial analysis, provide data to support business decision.Communicate efficiently with local management, present KPIs and design new ones as per business needs.Communicate efficiently to the financial community with the Daher Group, promote best practices.Communicate efficiently with Finance Shared Service Organizations within its perimeter.Prepare Capex Authorization Requests with Operation's support.Participate and reviews internal and external audit results. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college with a major in accounting or finance. Master's Degree a Plus5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis ideally within an international manufacturing business.1+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)Advanced skills with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Experience with Financial analysis tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Experience with and/or exposure to supplier related dataExpertise in performing business case or financial analysisDetail oriented with the ability to work autonomously
