Join our team at Impact Suite as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and play a key role in connecting schools with the resources they need to provide a safer and healthier school environment for students and staff members.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and qualify prospects.
Introduce potential clients to the unique features and benefits of Impact Suite's platform.
Collaborate with the sales team to set up appointments and demos for potential clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Metrics:
250 Calls Weekly
4 Demos Scheduled Weekly
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a BDR role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients.
Passion for school safety, compliance, and mental health/ wellness.
Compensation:
$12-$15 per hour + Commissions
Commission structure for successful lead generation.
Average commission of $1,000 per deal closed.
Overall OTE (On-Target Earnings): $30,000-$50,000 per year.
