Job Purpose: As the Clinic Manager at Denova Collaborative Health, you'll lead and inspire our clinic-based patient services team. This pivotal role combines visionary operational management with dynamic, hands-on supervision. You're the proactive force stepping in to fill staffing gaps and pioneering innovative strategies that resonate with our clinic's ambitions. As the first point of contact for our patients, you not only set the tone for their experience but also define the standards of excellence and compassionate care. In this role, you're not just managing-you're making a difference, serving as a fundamental pillar of our leadership team and elevating the quality of care at our facilities.
What You Will Do:Team Management:Lead and train a team of clinic support staff in delivering integrated primary, behavioral health, and psychiatric care.Supervise personnel, manage performance, and guide the team towards achieving clinic goals.Oversee recruitment, hiring, and retention of staff and conduct quarterly evaluations.Clinical Oversight:Monitor patient care and ensure high standards of clinical practice through your expertise.Provide direct patient care as needed, including assessments, treatments, and follow-ups.Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements.Operational Oversight:Manage clinic and patient workflows to boost productivity and suggest process improvements.Oversee all clinical workflows to ensure patient safety and foster a collaborative environment across departments.Act as a liaison with providers and other departments to coordinate and implement patient-focused care. Ensure the clinic complies with state and federal laws and regulations.Patient Experience:Address and resolve patient concerns effectively.Partner with the Quality and Compliance departments to meet health and safety standards.Ensure the clinic meets performance standards in provider schedules, collections, no-shows, patient wait times, and overall patient experience.Additional Responsibilities:Perform other duties as assigned to support the clinic's operations and objectives.What We Need From You:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Advanced degrees (AA/AS, BA/BS, MA/MS) preferredExperience: Minimum of 2-4 years' experience managing a medical practice; 2 years' experience in behavioral health setting preferredCertifications: Medical Assistant (MA) certificate or completion of a CAAHEP accredited/medical assisting program, RN, LPN, or CNA license preferredCPR, First Aid certification, and an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card requiredSkills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and medical equipment operations. Familiarity with various web browsers and general office equipment, including phones, computers, printers, and copiers.Your Work Schedule:
