Product Manager - Atlanta, GA
Product Manager will define, support, improve and communicate the value proposition of the Companies solutions to internal and external stakeholders. This role will also serve as commercial voice in cross-functional business initiatives, including with technology, operations, sales and marketing, and other teams, and actively participate in the development of new offerings. Hybrid position.Assist with defining and executing the vision, strategy and roadmap for company solutions to align with company objectives, and communicate to all stakeholdersDefine and measure key performance indicators for successCollaborate with marketing to define a clear, concise value proposition to the market for company solutions and define messaging, content and collateral to support the value propositionSupport commercialization and launch of new products and applicationsDefine specification strategy to develop a strong position for our company in the marketConduct market research using established voice of customer frameworks and best practices. Regularly engage with customers to collect data to discover needs and gain product insights and communicate them throughout the organization.Identify market needs and customer problems that may translate into new technologies, features or servicesPrepare and communicate business case to facilitate development of new opportunitiesWork with technology to commercialize research to support and enhance the value proposition of company solutions, including preparation of sales materialsPrepare and deliver technical presentations at internal and external meetings and workshopsWork with product management on evaluating price lists and pricing strategyQualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or product management in the construction industryAbility to influence, motivate and direct a large, cross-functional teams that do not report directly in to this positionProficient in working with diverse teams and external service providersStrong communication and presentation skills required (verbal, written, listening)Organized with the ability to manage complex and detailed informationGood understanding of soil mechanics and geotechnical construction.Your Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field requiredPE (Professional Engineer) License is a plusMaster's degree in Engineering or MBA preferred
