- Coordinate and manage the entire freight cycle, from initial pickup to final delivery, while providing excellent customer service along the way.
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
- Leverage your industry knowledge and network to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's reach.

Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in freight brokerage or a related industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, allowing you to build strong relationships and secure favorable rates.
- Proficiency in utilizing industry-specific software and technology platforms.
- Strong multitasking abilities, enabling you to juggle multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.
