Travel RN - Rehab
Shift
: Rotating D/N, 7a-7p/7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hours per week, with every 3rd weekend
Length
: 13 weeks
Requirements:MN License1 year Rehab experienceBCLSCare tools and CMS IRF documentation experienceOther Details:
Will consider 1st timers with 2+ years of Rehab RN experienceMust be 50+ miles away from the facilityCharting: EpicPatient Diagnoses: Stroke, SCI, TBI, Amputee, debility, multiple fracturesWill consider a MS nurse with strong Rehab skill/experienceIdeal candidate will be Rehab based. Manager will consider a MS nurse with strong Rehab skill/exp to interview
Shift:
3x12s Days/Nights mix with every 3rd weekend - Minimum 36 hours per week
Required:

• BLS

• Care tools and CMS IRF documentation experience
• NO LOCALS - traveler must be 50+ miles away from the facility
