About the role:

The Director of Performance Marketing role will be perfect for a data-driven candidate with a proven track record of implementing successful omni-channel growth strategies.

What you'll do:

Management of a multi million dollar performance marketing spend built upon strict cost per acquisition targets which drive profitable growth across all channels; wholesale, digital, retail & marketplaceOptimization of media mix leading with a test & learn approach to ensure we remain at the forefront of all acquisition opportunitiesManagement of our digital agency continuously challenging them to deliver best in class acquisition strategiesPartner with our retention marketing team driving loyalty amongst new recruits held against strict repeat rate targetsCollaborate with all trading channels (wholesale, digital, retail & marketplace) to deliver excellent customer journeys focused on driving conversionGuide & challenge product development teams on what is required to achieve acquisition goals producing insightful analysis to support future buying decisionsContinuously monitor LTVs dependant on recruitment product and channel to fine tune how we acquire our customers as categories & assortment grows within the brandOwn Strategy for Performance Creative and partner with brand & creative teams to produce creative collateral tailored to the range of acquisition marketing tactics we operate across all performance marketing channelsPartner with marketing on campaign briefs throughout the year to drive integrated results and collaborate closely with the site, creative, product, marketing, and data analytics teams to build execute campaigns effectivelyAbility to manage both current performance goals and strategizing long-term plans to drive brand awareness as we execute best-in-class marketing campaigns to fuel the business growthKeep data at the center of everything focusing on how to better capture and produce information so that the organization can consume and utilize and support our profitable growth ambitionsOversee and drive the evaluation, implementation, and management of marketing technology systems (e.g., incrementality, attribution, analytics).Lead with a test and learn approach across everything you do to ensure you stay at the forefront of the ever changing world of performance marketingLead and mentor a high performing team to achieve strategic goals and objectivesWhat you'll bring:

8+ years experience in performance marketing with 3+ years managing othersExperience managing an annual performance marketing budgetProven track record of setting and hitting key growth targets (e.g., CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.)Advanced understanding of all digital marketing channelsAdvanced knowledge of web analytics tools such as GA4Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and the passion to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong collaboration cross-functionally, especially with brand marketing and creative teamsStrategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term plans and execute them effectively but also able to lean in and be executional when requiredAble to work under pressure and meet deadlinesDirect to consumer experience requiredApparel experience preferredWhat you'll get:
