Network Architect

to join an established biotech company in Pennsylvania. This role is mostly

REMOTE

with occasional on-site visits in

Philadelphia, PA

(candidates must be within a commutable distance). It isa

3-month contract

with potential to extend.

Responsibilities of the Network Architect:Design and develop complex network solutions, including LAN, WAN, and cloud-based systems.Conduct network performance evaluations and optimize infrastructure for scalability and efficiency.Implement network security measures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.Collaborate with IT and business teams to align network architecture with organizational goals.Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.Qualifications of the Network Architect:

Proven experience in network architecture and design, including working with routing, switching, and firewalls.Extensive knowledge in networking protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.Experience in cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.Must have SonicWall experience.Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, or similar)Compensation for the Network Architect:

Hourly Rate: $100-110 per hour Depending on ExperienceComprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
