As a Senior Business Development Analyst, you'll take part in a wide variety of Investment Management Business Development functions pertaining to Sourcing (lead-creation), Qualification (research and analysis) and Closing (conversion to Client). This role sits within ICONIQ Investment Management which strives to deliver exceptional investment portfolios by harnessing the differentiated capital and strategic strength of the ICONIQ community.
What You'll Do:
Drive top-of-the-funnel Lead generation through intensive research and leveraging the firm's extensive network. Monitor key industry events, with a keen focus on fundraising rounds, mergers & acquisitions, IPOs, and other meaningful liquidity events. Utilize various tools/sources to enhance or complement existing Business Development efforts, including: Pitchbook, Salesforce, WealthX, SEC filings and others. Review broad range of prospect statements including balance sheets, performance reports, estate maps, holding summaries and more. Provide well-founded observations and identify opportunities for ICONIQ to add value. Support Client Partner and Client Team Leads in analysis and ownership of custom materials focused on product / service offering for prospective relationship in focus. Perform ROI analytics and measurement on effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives. Curate, maintain and own library of business development tools, such as Firm, Family Office and Service Offering overviews. Ideal Candidate Background:
2+ years of experience in the Investment Management industry. Demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial ability. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills. What We Offer:

Compensation Range:
ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $115,000 - $125,000 together with the benefits listed above.
