We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in orchestrating memorable events that resonate with attendees and stakeholders alike. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for event planning and excellent organizational skills, enabling them to manage all aspects of event execution from conception through completion. In this position, you will work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements for various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
Pay: $22.50 - $31.00 hourly

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectivesBuild and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and venuesManage budgets and ensure cost-effective solutionsCreate event timelines and ensure all team members are informed and on trackCoordinate logistics such as transportation, catering, audiovisual equipment, and stagingOversee event set-up and breakdown, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendeesDevelop post-event reports to assess outcomes and gather feedback for future improvementsSkills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar roleStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in hospitality management, marketing, or related field is preferredBenefits
