Recommend, plan, implement and coordinate a wide variety of Human Resource programs and policies, in accordance with legal and company guidelines. Provides support in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, training, and special projects. Seeks to continuously improve policies and processes with an eye on helping Brunk follow best in practice industry standards.

Coordinate the recruitment process for open hourly or salary positionsConduct orientation and onboarding processesThoroughly understand and accurately disseminate information on benefits programs/offeringsReport writing, collecting and analyzing information; identifying trends; recommending courses of actionPerform backup duties to weekly payrollHandle and document day to day employee relations issuesBecome SME regarding plant policies and proceduresWork in a safe manner and perform other duties as assigned within HR function.Qualifications

Ability to work with various IT systems/applications including AX, Word, Excel, PowerPointTreat employee data with extreme confidentialityExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalTraining, ability to share information with othersData Analysis and attention to detailEducation and Experience:
The minimum educational requirements listed below may be substituted by relevant experience, learned competencies and/or certifications obtained throughout one's career.
2+ years of Human Resources or similar experience. Preferably this experience will be in a manufacturing environment.Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a similar field.Only 3 months of Human Resource's internship or work experience is required, if a Master's or MBA Degree focused in Human Resources or IO Psychology has been obtained from an accredited institution no later than January 2025Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
Some occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.)Must wear appropriate PPE in production areasBusiness casual work environment. No special clothing is required for office work.
