The Manager,Engineering supervises and provides technical direction to one or more implementation teams made up of software and test engineers.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Designing, building, and releasing software features and bug fixes for the Relias' platform as a senior engineer developer.Leading and growing a team of software engineers in an Agile environmentRecommending strategies for complex technical problemsDeveloping domain and technology knowledge, including services, methodologies, strategies, standards, tools, and best practices for development processes.Acting as an agile delivery lead and actively participating in backlog management, sprint planning, feature refinement, agileYOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
3 years leading, mentoring, and developing technical talent7+ years experience in software development2 - 5 years of .NET Core, C#1+ years of SQL ServerExperience with ASP.NET Web FormsExperience with Agile methodology and SDLCBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or EngineeringAZ 900 Certification and AZ204 CertificationHands-on experience with system design, service-oriented architecture, and microservicesStrong understanding of the following technologies
Object Oriented languages such as C# or JavaHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, and AngularSQL Server or other relational databasesPublic cloud-hosted solutions like Azure, AWS, GCP
Experience leading engineering teams and delivering using an agile methodologyDemonstrated competence in problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills.Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to mentor and grow a team of software engineersIT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:
1+ years of using a modern Front End frameworks (Angular, React, Svelte, etc.)Experience with CI/CD, DevOpsExperience with Microsoft Azure
