**This is a temporary role with an expected assignment length of six months, at minimum. Team members could have the opportunity to transition into regular/ongoing employment status in the future. This is a hybrid remote position, which will have weekly requirements for on-site presence (dependent upon Covid impact and protocols). Candidates must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and be able to commute to the EO Campus in San Rafael for 1-2 days on site in the office per week. The location of candidates will be taken into consideration during the candidate review process.**

The Production Designer is a detailed-oriented designer comfortable working across a range of digital, physical and video media. In partnership with the Creative Director and Brand Designer you will support new product launches and brand campaigns aimed to drive brand love for the EO and Everyone brands. You are skilled at applying established design systems for cohesion and consistency. You use technology where it is necessary to scale work to be efficient and accurate. As a teammate, your organizational skills and sense of urgency help keep the entire team's workflow running smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Design
Assist Creative Director in the design of new product labels and in-store displays, adhering to brand guidelinesAssist Brand Designer in the creation of digital assets, including versioning and resizing of banners, website banners and emailSupport ad hoc design projects for internal departments as neededEnsure accuracy and consistency of completed labels, packaging and collateral received from printerEdit any in-house photography as needed. This can include product shots, manufacturing shots, employee shots, etc.Introduce AI features where applicable to help gain efficiencies for repeatable actions such as basic versioning and editingProject Management & Admin support
Manage intake of new projects for the creative team, assigning deadlines and priorities with the Creative Director. Maintain timely updates in Asana for all active creative projectsUpload final assets, retouched photos and approved UGC to our Digital Asset Management system (Bynder). Communicate to partners when new assets are availableAct as primary administrator of file management. Organize and manage creative assets in Bynder and on the serverSKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in digital design - with strong foundational skills specific to social, video, email and site designExperience collaborating with cross department teamsStrong understanding of typography, layout and color (digital and print)Ability to effectively manage multiple projects of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and be willing to change direction based on collaborative decisionsAbility to accept feedback and constructive criticismPositive and solution orientated with a strong work ethicExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to be flexible and promote collaborative relationshipsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired.2-4 years of experience as a production designer for retail, eCommerce or consumer packaged goods strongly preferred.Must have mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and InDesign).Must have photo retouching/photography experience.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position will require light travel and the ability to navigate transportation options to work on-site at the EO Campus as needed.
