Paint Project Manager ResponsibilitiesIdentifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunitiesPromote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectivesProvide customer satisfaction through good communication efforts between the customer, field crews, and office staffDetermine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations, manage labor hoursEvaluate project progress to ensure scope of work is on schedule and within budgetEnsure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issuesPaint Project Manager
Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience managing Commercial Painting projectsEstimating Experience preferredIndustry Experience: ground-up and renovation (preferred)Maintain Bid SchedulesExperience with proposal writing (preferred)Ability to communicate collaboratively; team player and balanced in approachExcellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-taskStrong communication skillsPaint Project Manager
