Attorney - Personal Injury Litigation

About the Firm: This firm is committed to defending individual rights against powerful corporations, handling a selective number of cases to ensure each attorney is fully involved from case initiation through potential trial preparation. Known for its progressive, inclusive leadership, this firm fosters a collaborative, supportive environment that breaks conventional norms.
Position Overview: The firm seeks a skilled Attorney with at least 5 years of experience in personal injury law. The candidate will be ready to manage cases up to the trial stage, with second-chair trial experience preferred. Responsibilities include conducting depositions, managing mediations, and preparing cases alongside partners who oversee trials. This position is hybrid, requiring 3 days on-site per week in San Francisco.
Key Responsibilities:Manage personal injury cases independently up to trialConduct depositions and represent clients in mediationsCollaborate with partners and support staff to prepare cases for trialQualifications:
5+ years of personal injury experienceStrong case management skills up to trial stageSecond-chair trial experience preferredCompensation and Benefits:
Salary : $180,000 - $225,000, with a discretionary bonusBenefits : Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with a 3% safe harbor match; commuter stipend; 25 days of PTO, paid holidays, and firm closures in alignment with court schedules.
