Job Description:
Manage the day-to-day operations of reconstruction projects. Deliver a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in performing reconstruction services.
Responsibilities:
Perform final walk-through with customer and secure a signed Completion of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customerConduct pre-construction meetings with customersSet expectations and provide project updates (daily narrative) to customers and subcontractorsSchedule all subcontractors and material suppliersEnsure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of workDocument all project activities in the job bookMaintain quality standards through site inspectionsProvide evaluation and rating of all vendors and subcontractorsCoordinate inspections with local jurisdictionIdentify areas outside of the contracted scope of workAll jobs must be ran w/ a project schedule, based on the approved scopeDaily progress photos and weekly updates to customers are required on every jobBased on the schedule, required to stay on top of customer payments on your assigned jobsQualifications:
Superb customer service track recordBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction project managementStrong understanding of construction processes, methods, and proceduresDemonstrated ability to examine and understand contract documentsProven experience in providing accurate project estimatesExperience in preparing data for invoicesExcellent relationship management skills, with a proven track record of maintaining strong relationships with subcontractorsStrong leadership and project management skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesKnowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industryPhysical and Work Environment Requirements:
Exposure to extreme conditions such as heatWalking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbingAbility to climb ladders and work at ceiling heightsPhysical and Work Environment Requirements:
