The Role

As a Program Manager at Veev, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of complex programs from concept to production, working closely with cross-functional teams that include engineering, manufacturing, operations, logistics, and supply chain. You will ensure that programs are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while effectively managing resources, identifying and mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement across all involved processes.

This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing and product development processes, the ability to coordinate third-party testing and evaluation, and excellent organizational and multitasking skills. As the key point of contact for stakeholders, you will communicate program status and key milestones, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to turn abstract goals into actionable plans are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end program management process, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, operations, logistics, and quality teams to manage dependencies and ensure smooth execution.Identify and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle to ensure program success.Oversee product development in a manufacturing environment, including prototyping, testing, and introducing new products (NPI).Optimize production processes and logistics by working closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to meet program objectives.Follow up on requested third-party testing and evaluation reports as part of design development and product handover to ensure compliance with external standards.Track and manage program costs while ensuring efficient resource allocation to meet financial goals.Provide data-driven updates on program progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.Drive continuous improvements across manufacturing, operations, logistics, and quality control processes to enhance program outcomes.Qualifications

4+ years of proven experience in program management within a manufacturing environment, including managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.Demonstrated success in managing complex programs, including program planning, risk assessment and mitigation, cost tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Skilled in using program management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.Hands-on experience in product development within a manufacturing environment, including prototyping, testing, and new product introduction (NPI) processes.Strong knowledge of manufacturing workflows, operations processes, logistics, and supply chain management, with a focus on optimizing efficiency.Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of transforming abstract priorities into actionable strategies while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of quality control processes, ensuring product and process compliance through effective testing and monitoring.Compensation

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skills, education, experience, and location is $140,000 - $170,000 annually for Hayward, CA and surrounding areas.
