Our client, a leader in the defense industry, is seeking a motivated RPA Business Analyst to support key defense projects remotely. In this role, you will work closely with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) to optimize mission-critical operations through process automation. Leveraging your expertise in business processes and IT, you will identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency in essential projects.
Key Responsibilities:Analyze current processes to identify candidates for automation and recommend improvements.Design, develop, and test robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Facilitate change management and plan for successful implementation of RPA solutions.Support post-implementation validation and analysis to ensure solution effectiveness.Apply core IT and software development skills, including programming and understanding of operating systems.Conduct thorough testing, including creating test plans and performing CIT, SIT, and UAT.Lead initiatives in process improvement, design, and automation development.Deliver measurable results in process optimization, reducing cycle times, and enhancing adherence to SLA standards.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree can replace work experience).1-3 years of relevant experience in process improvement or automation.Strong understanding of IT systems and information technology principles.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to delivering client value.Proven ability to manage deliverables and meet timelines.Service-oriented approach with a focus on client satisfaction.UiPath Business Analyst Certification.Proficiency in the UiPath tool suite, including Orchestrator, Studio, Document Understanding, and AI Center.Skilled in software tools like JIRA, Slack, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.Active Secret security clearance required.
