Accounts receivable dutiesCash forecastingBank and Order ReconciliationsCollectionsInter-company invoicingMaintain and process commissionsMaintain Sales Orders (entries and billings)Perform journal entriesCompile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactionsDistributes expenditures, encumbrances, receipts, and receivables according to schedulesMonitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company proceduresServes as back-up for other accounting duties as assignedWhat you bring to the table:
BS in Accounting, Business Administration or other relevant area; or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years accounting experience, including experience in a Government Contracting environmentExperience with incurred cost proposals, government cost type billings, disclosure statements, allowable / unallowable indirect costs, floor checks, and DCAA audits requiredPrevious experience with
Deltek
Costpoint and
TM1
is a plusExperience in a manufacturing environment also is a plus
Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 / annual
