Interim Program Manager Regulatory Compliance Needed in Washington Healthcare System
The PositionAn Interim Program Manager for Regulatory Compliance is needed to assist in managing regulatory and compliance activities at a critical access hospital in Washington.This role will report directly to the Division Director of Regulatory Compliance and work alongside quality and regulatory compliance teams.The Interim Program Manager will oversee regulatory survey processes, manage corrective action plans, and support a robust compliance infrastructure across multiple sites.The ideal leader will be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable collaborating across departments and levels, including the C-Suite. Extensive experience with regulatory programs, including TJC and state-level licensing surveys, is essential.Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.Active RN license required.Previous healthcare experience required.The Community

Compensation Range: $155,000 to $165,000 annually.The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
