ROLE DEFINITION

The Digital Inks Business within Electronics and Imaging, currently has multiple openings for at the Fort Madison, IA Plant. The site primarily manufactures pigmented and dye-based inks, along with Nomex® colorant dispersions, and Tedlar® dispersions. As an operations helper you will monitor and operate equipment and facilities, including field equipment, while ensuring product quality, conformance with standard operating procedures, and maintaining safety standards at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION

Your key responsibilities will be/what you'll do:

Material handling: includes taking samples, weighing and loading materials, packaging materials

Operation of production equipment and monitoring status of the production processes, while maintaining safety and quality standards

Managing warehouse inventories and preparing orders for shipment

Maintain all necessary shift paperwork including written and electronic records

100% adherence to all safety practices and quality assurance systems

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Willing and able to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Willing and able to lift 50 lbs

Willing and able to work overtime to meet business needs

Basic computer knowledge

Works M-F, 6 AM to 2 PM
