Job Summary:
Netrush is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our amazing team with a record of successfully increasing revenue and brand awareness. The Marketing Lead collaborates with brand partners and customers to ensure that Amazon and Omnichannel revenue targets are met. This position is accountable for the execution and strategy of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on the consumer. The individual is responsible for informing, executing, and monitoring brand partners' digital strategies across channels and platforms, maximizing revenue and marketing ROI for Netrush and our partners.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Support and co-author 3-year strategic plan with Brand PartnersEnsuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channelsOversee budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to ensure a high return on investment and a low cost of acquisition.Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaignsCreate creative briefs to define program objectives and key performance indicators, optimizing campaigns to maximize return on investment.Analyze and manage the performance of pay-per-click and other advertising campaignsCollaborate closely with brand partners to share ideas, feedback, and current results regarding funnel conversion optimization.To accomplish goals, collaborate closely with managed accounts and internal teams.Required Qualifications:
2 years of digital and marketplace experience2 years Amazon Marketing experienceWorked for brands and agenciesData-driven storyteller, with a consumer centric focusManaged budgets and negotiate aggressive investmentsProficient in writing creative briefsExperience in social marketing, DSP, and other advanced marketing programsAll-in-one growth leader that can support actions across omnichannel platforms including DTC, Amazon, Walmart, others.Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, behavioral psychology or related fieldExperience and success with PPC campaigns and/or software-as-a-service marketing technology platformsStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsPassionate about software, developing business and technologyPrevious experience selling on Amazon or other ecommerce platforms a plusOther Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communicationReliable internet connectionAn atmosphere that is appropriate for virtual/phone meetingsAn environment that minimizes distractionsCompensation and Benefits:
