POSITION SUMMARY:

The Unit Associate, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in cooperation with all the patient care team members, provides a variety of nutritional, clinical, and transportation services and activities to promote patient comfort and satisfaction. Contributes to a positive work environment as an active team member committed to learning and skill development. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory supply and stocking units according to established procedures and standards, transporting patients and equipment, delivering records and specimens, and assisting nursing and medical personnel in delegated direct/indirect patient care activities.

Shift:

Full-time position (40 hours). Rotating shift - Day Shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm), Evening shift- (3:00 pm -11:30 pm). Every other weekend and every other holiday.

Requirements: Education / Work Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.Six months of work experience in a healthcare environment is preferred-at least six months of continuous employment.Assessment(s): This position will require passing a primary computer and following instructions test to be considered.

Salary Range: Minimum 16.40 per hour - Maximum 19.02 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
