The ideal candidate posseses strong work experience in the financial services industry, with a background handling onboarding, sourcing candidates, and other HR administrative tasks. Advanced Excel skills, a proficiency with Workday, and excellent reporting skills are all characteristics that will allow a candidate to succeed in this role.
