Job Summary
Our Commercial Career Program is a sales/marketing rotation program designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our sales processes, products, and customer engagement strategies. This program offers a unique opportunity to rotate through various customer service and sales functions, receive mentorship from experienced sales or product management professionals, and develop the skills needed to excel in a career at Huhtamaki.
Program Structure:
Duration:
12-18 months trainingRotations:
2-3 rotations across different commercial functions (e.g., Customer Service, Sales, Sales Operations, Product Management)Training:
Comprehensive onboarding and continuous professional developmentMentorship:
Pairing with senior sales/product mgmt.. leaders and mentorsEvaluation:
Regular performance reviews and feedback sessionsEssential Functions
Acclimate to Huhtamaki, products, and processes.Directly interact with customers in various waysPartner with cross-functional business leaders to assist on strategic projectsIdentify areas to improve and streamline processesAll other duties assigned by managementJob Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldStrong interest in a career in sales or marketingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, self-motivated, and eager to learnAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred
Willingness to relocate within US for sales opportunitiesWillingness to travel for businessEnvironment
Hybrid work environment that mixes in-office and remote work to offer flexibility and support to employees. In-office hours are set by group Manager.Work hours are usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. but could require after hours and weekend work to complete projects on timeTravel as needed; up to 10%
