Duties:
Coordinate Data Validation and Testing Cycles: Oversee the progress of data validation and testing cycles, participate in daily defect calls, and proactively address any blockers to ensure smooth execution.Guidance and Support: Guide business users on data validation processes, optimizing the balance between effort and risk.Primary Liaison: Serve as the central point of communication between the FI workstream lead, business functional consultants, SMEs, IT BSA, and system integrators, offering regular updates on testing progress, issues, and outcomes.Risk Management: Identify potential risks during data validation and testing phases and implement mitigation strategies to address them.Data Validation and Test Documentation: Thoroughly document all test cases, data validation scripts, and defect logs for audit purposes and future reference.SAP Security: In collaboration with the Security Workstream lead, system integrators, and IT, lead the FI workstream and perform testing related to SAP security.Chart of Account Rationalization: Ensure the successful implementation of Chart of Account Rationalization in S4 HANA and all interfacing systems.Migration Cutover Plan: Assist in the development and execution of the migration cutover plan.
