Your responsibilities will span across designing strategies to boost feature utilization, analyzing user behavior to overcome adoption barriers, and collaborating with various teams to improve overall customer satisfaction. You'll dive deep into data analytics, creating insightful reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and inform data-driven decisions. Your work will directly impact product development, customer retention, and the company's bottom line. Responsibilities:Product Adoption:Design and implement strategies to increase product adoption and feature utilizationAnalyze user behavior to identify adoption barriers and opportunitiesCreate targeted campaigns and educational materials to drive feature usageCollaborate with marketing to develop user education and onboarding materialsMeasure and report on adoption metrics, providing insights to stakeholdersCustomer Experience and Retention:Focus on improving overall customer experience to drive retentionAnalyze customer feedback, usage patterns, and support tickets to identify areas for improvementWork closely with support, account and success teams to address customer pain pointsDevelop strategies to re-engage dormant / low usage users and reduce churnAnalytics and Reporting:Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, engagement metrics, and retention ratesRefine current user tracking tools to better suit FINTRX’s needsCreate and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) on usageProvide regular reports and presentations to leadership on adoption and retention metricsUse data-driven insights to inform product development and customer success strategiesCross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with product, sales, marketing, data,
