Loan Program Office Stakeholder Engagement and Outreach Support Specialist
to join our superior workforce. The
Loan Program Office Stakeholder Engagement and Outreach Support Specialist
will provide enthusiasm in writing, developing engagement strategies, and digging in and developing communications assets for briefing leadership, drafting postings for social media, and content for the website.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Add content and maintain website updates on program milestones and announcementsTrack analytics and performance of webpages and communications assetsDevelop new pages and support the build-out of an office-wide web presenceDraft emails and newsletter contentAssist in reviewing and providing comments on materials to internal and external stakeholdersCopywrite for social media and graphicsTrack and report events, media, podcasts, and press announcements and highlight the results across a range of programs and projectsWork closely with key cross-functional stakeholders to support integrated communications plans in alignment with Department goalsRequirements
Minimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client-issued Public Trust8+ years of experience working in both traditional and digital communications capacitiesExperience in working at a large company or agency and across the private, non-profit, or public sectors is requiredExperience understanding and breaking down complex information for presentation in the format of event memos and event runs of shows, news and press releases, presentations, visual graphics, speeches, and the websiteKnowledge (or willingness to learn) of how to create web content in an enterprise-wide Drupal content management systemExpertise in working in a highly collaborative environmentAbility to work as part of a team and to build and develop relationships in a large government agency settingExcellent written and oral communication skills with superb ability to translate ideas into clear, compelling messaging for a variety of materials, including press releases, fact sheets, presentations, webpages, briefing materials, talking points, and moreExcellent attention to detail and an understanding of fundamental business writingExpertise in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
EDUCATION : Bachelor's Degree
