Your Role:

As the

Clinical Program Manager (CPM) , you will be responsible for overall program development and the day-to-day operations of mental health service efforts, ensuring quality services in the agency’s residential-based mental health programs; overseeing therapeutic staff, clinical supervision, training, and all mental health services that are delivered across all of the counties that Unity Care serves. You will be expected to maximize contract billing, support contract negotiations, assure service quality, and develop teamwork among and across service areas and teams for greater efficiency and client satisfaction. You will also plan for the ongoing development of agency services and build strong community partners to establish positive representation in the county.

To be successful, you should have:

5+ years of experience managing clinical programs for children, adolescents, and transitional-aged youth.Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field with California licensure through BBS.2+ years of experience as a BBS-approved clinical supervisor.Knowledge of Medi-Cal EPSDT programs and documentation requirements.Experience providing community-based services to foster care youth with emotional and behavioral challenges.Your responsibilities as the Clinical Program Manager will include the following:

Supervise, train, and manage clinical staff, ensuring quality documentation and performance.Ensure compliance with state, county, and organizational policies, including contract and audit requirements.Oversee program development, setting goals aligned with the agency’s strategic plan and improving service outcomes.Participate in community organizations and serve as the agency’s representative for building partnerships.Maintain a small clinical caseload and collaborate with other departments to support overall program success.
