What would this role do?
The Assistant Clinical Supervisor Level III plays a critical role in guiding the professional growth of our team, from clinician skill development to leadership enrichment. Through strategic programs and initiatives, this position will provide support, guidance, direction, and supervision to assigned clinical staff. The Assistant Clinical Supervisor is responsible and accountable for providing services, overseeing clinical programs, and monitoring staff under his/her supervision.

Carrying a caseload to meet set billable services, including:
Providing a minimum of 100 billable hoursbillable services a month or 95% of assigned supervision hours.Ensuring that 85% of clinical direct services are provided monthly with few or no cancellations.Providing and presenting the utilization report to direct supervisor monthly.Managing a caseload to meet clinical quality standards, including:Manage a minimum of 980 billable services a month.Individualizing Client program development across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.Monitoring Client progress, conducting ongoing assessment, and making data-driven adjustments to the treatment plan as needed.Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of Client progress, interventions, and outcomes.Consulting with case Provider on behavior treatment plans, recommendations, and transition plans prior to adjusting.Providing feedback to supervisor regarding instructors on each case.Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on findings.Collaborating with other professionals to coordinate care and ensure support to Clients.Supervising a team of behavior technicians, including:Providing ongoing training, guidance, and support.Providing formal performance evaluations with respect to following program procedures, administrative tasks (timesheet submission, etc.) direct therapy, and parent training skills.Providing clinical consultation that includes behavior plans and programming to clinical staff.Completing reports for behavioral health treatment plans for the caseload, including:Written data-drive program summaries of the services provided during the authorization period.Submitted prior to the deadlines indicated by the Supervisor.Providing parent training.Maintaining reliable communication to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls within 24 hours.Ensuring that the company’s “zero tolerance policy” is understood, implemented, and reinforced in the region.Ensuring that Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) compliance is understood and reinforced in the region.Complying with all Mandated Reporting Laws and Regulations.
NON – ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Completing all duties, tasks, and/or special projects assigned by leaders and/or the business.Participating in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.Providing direct services, if necessary, to supervise more efficiently.Conducting staff meetings and professional development meetings as indicated.Maintaining reliable transportation and current liability insurance (if applicable).Familiarity with funding provider standards and guidelines.Must Haves (Yes, we have needs!)
Must possess a master’s Program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.Desired 2 years’ clinical experience including:Direct service delivery with individuals with varying diagnoses, diverse levels of functioning, and broad range of ages.Implement Client behavior plans across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.Report writing.Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Minimum of 1 year supervision experience including:Client program development across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.Expertise in all empirically evaluated assessment and intervention strategies.

Excellent clinical and leadership skills.Fluency with all Microsoft Office programs.Self-motivated, responsible, honest, articulate, excellent time management skills, and skills to work independently.Professional demeanor, well-organized, and attention to detail.Skills consistent with serving culturally and linguistically diverse families in low and high socio-economic status areas.Comfortable working in homes (studio apt. housing project, etc.) of families with limited resources.Demonstrate effective communication skills to interact with Clients, family members, and agency’s staff.Supervisory experienceFormal staff training including didactic and in-vivo.Formal performance evaluation of junior staff.
