We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive BDC Manager. We are looking for someone with a strong drive to help lead and grow a team for our fast paced, high volume BDC department. As a BDC manager here at Peters, you will have the freedom to create a team that will help push your department to the next level.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts

Manage and track all leads

Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner

Manage day-to-day business of the business development center

Collect and analyze business metrics

Provide training and ongoing support to the business development representatives to help the team understand and achieve the dealership’s goals

Work closely with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies

Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary

Qualifications

Previous Sales Manager experience preferred but not required.

Previous BDC manager experience required

Strong communication, organization, time management, computer and basic math skills

Strong team building skills

Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve

Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals

Automotive industry experience preferred
