Metro Atlanta - Director of Clinical Operations

Position Summary:

The Director of Clinical Operations guides the operational and clinical excellence of an assigned market. This role includes oversight of all elements of assigned market; including implementation, day- to-day oversight of key workflows on behalf of BlueSprig, providing strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, leadership, and coaching to center leaders to accomplish organizational objectives, including but not limited to clinical quality, compliance, revenue, client satisfaction, business development and growth objectives.

Guiding, organizing, and monitoring the operations and clinical services provided in market, overseeing 6-10 centers within a defined geographic market; ensuring the efficiency, stability and the highest level of quality service is consistent enterprise-wideLeading and managing P&Ls for all centers within assigned market which includes training center leadership. Accountable for all financial aspects of the market including annual budgeted targets, such as productivity and revenue benchmarksEnsure BlueSprig is providing the highest quality of clinical services and client care through the delivery of clinical initiatives and ongoing clinical support, especially in the areas of direction, family guidance, and RBT supervisionSetting specific, measurable standards, goals, and objectives to ensure fiscally and clinically responsible business growth and developing resources and methods to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operational performance and quality of client careManaging center operations with support from Support Services (e.g., RCM, IT, HR, LPD, Facilities, Compliance, and Marketing) and developing and fostering effective inter-departmental collaboration to ensure an integrated approach to providing services and fulfilling the organization's goals and objectivesSupport staff retention by ensuring a high level of engagement and a focus on positive career progression for individuals at all levels by developing then reviewing career progression opportunities for all direct reports, and auditing the reviews and career progression of center staff regularlyParticipating in the interviewing process for new center leadership, including selection, hiring, and onboarding, with a focus on internal promotion where at all plausibleOversight of assessment pipeline, recruiting pipeline, and the utilization of hours and census limits to ensure centers achieve growth and productivity targetsTaking an active leadership role in planning and executing development of de novo centers as directed, with on-going support as neededMaintaining a safe and professional environment in the facilities and mitigating any potential risks, hazards, and nuisancesChampioning good communication processes and habits throughout centers/organization, so that flow of information is consistent and timelyProvide crisis intervention training as needed and work to reduce the need for restraints and seclusion through collaboration with the RERT, Safeguarding Committee and Grand Rounds processReview and act on data relative to the status of clinical quality and compliance levels, remediation plans, recommendations and trends analysis that allows the business to meet clinical and compliance standards.Participating in the establishment and implementation of organizational policies and procedures, rules, processes, benefits, and organizational structure of the organization and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures and external requirements including the BACB, state and federal regulatory requirements, and payor requirements.Qualifications

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.3+ years of professional leadership experience over multiple sitesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
