Senior Staff Accountant - Revenue Accountant

Job Description:
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for AR &AP, Balance sheet account reconciliations, Journal entry preparations, assisting with audit preparations, ad hoc reporting and other accounting duties as assigned by management. Duties/Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor Accounts Payable and Receivable, day-to-day transactions. Assist with managing cash balances by analyzing current cash position, Bank reconciliations, daily cash reporting, and Accounts receivable, assist with payment applications and processing of Journal entries. Prepare required information and support tax preparation inquiries from external CPA firm. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations. General Ledger account analysis, and P&L impact analysis. Expense report analysis and management of T&E including processing of T&E voucher at month end. Maintain SOP's Perform research and provide information as requested, review financial statements, and assist with month end closing tasks and audits. Be the SME for WMS accounting processes and work with other departments and functional areas within the company. Assist the Finance department, IT and other teams with research during month end and responding to questions that pertain to close and monthly reports. Other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the Controller. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting with 5 years' experience in GL reconciliations, Month end close P&L analysis. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously in an accurate and on a timely basis; and; Demonstrates a strong attention to detail with excellent organization and time management skills NetSuite experience required. Pay Range: $40 - $45
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
