Senior Grant Accountant

Compensation:
$38.00-$48.00 hourly
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Grant Accountant to join our clients finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grant accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of grant accounting, including budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with grant requirements and regulations.
Prepare and submit financial reports to grantors and stakeholders.
Monitor grant expenditures and ensure proper allocation of funds.
Collaborate with program managers to develop grant budgets and financial plans.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audits.
Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in grant accounting or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and grant compliance regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay Details:
$38.00 to $48.00 per hour
