Are you a leader passionate about elevating the maintenance experience at our extended stay hotel? Here is an exciting opportunity to join Level Hotel as a Hospitality Maintenance Manager! This position supervises and coordinates the maintenance of the hotel and facility, including physical building structure, mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems within budget to ensure a well maintained, attractive and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Maintain a safe and efficient operation of the entire hotel facility, including physical building structure, all mechanical and electrical systems, including life safety and code requirements existing and new.Maintain current & accurate knowledge of the property electrical and mechanical fields, building systems and construction.Organization and coordination of the Property Operations Department personnel.Support other operating departments in their day-to-day requirements and contribute pertinent information regarding building facilities, using the skills and expertise.Maintain constant communication with Public Attendant department to ensure property always remains presentable.Supervise the overall day-to-day operations of the Hospitality Department inclusive of the staff and supervisors.Maintain effective energy management and preventive maintenance programs for the facility.Adhere to all corporate required purchasing policies and controls, including contractor bid policies.Maintain appropriate supply of materials and equipment to support needs for normal day to day operating and maintenance requirements.Maintain an organized system within the department for inventory, maintenance, and storage of tools, materials and equipment necessary to execute the required activities of the department.Coordinate and prepare all building contracts and service agreements.Conduct building inspections and visually assesses the safety and required maintenance of the facility, issuing reports to correct deficiencies.Attend Safety meetings as established by the Sr. Manager.Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures for maintenance staff.Hire and maintain staffing program for department.What You Bring?
Knowledge of operations on the Hospitality IndustryProven experience in hospitality maintenance management, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.Must be able to stand in one place for extended periods of time, and to remain on feet for up to 8 hours.Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve organizational goals.Technologically sound with Microsoft Office applications.
